We actively encourage individuals to pursue further professional or vocational qualifications and routinely organise seminars and workshops with other organisations on specialist topics.

Barr is particularly proud of our commitment to Health & Safety and our training programme ensures that all personnel have regular safety instruction. In addition, all senior project management and supervisory staff posess formal safety qualifications.
